Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of Noemie.

Last updated: [Mese Anno]

1. The service

[Ragione sociale] ("Noemie", "we", "us") provides a personal AI assistant accessible at noemie.ai and through associated APIs. Access is invite-only and subject to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have received an explicit invitation to use Noemie. By accepting an invitation and creating an account, you agree to these terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Noemie uses passwordless authentication — a magic link sent to your email.

You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Noemie for lawful personal and professional tasks.

You may not use Noemie to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful; to attempt to reverse-engineer the system; to circumvent access controls; or to act on behalf of third parties without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual property

The Noemie software, brand, and interface are owned by [Ragione sociale] and protected by applicable IP law. Content you produce through Noemie remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the service.

6. Limitation of liability

Noemie is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the [X mesi] preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Città — es. Milan].

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
